About Honeycomb Cakes
Honeycomb started as a Sunday-afternoon habit and never quite stopped. Everything is baked to order — usually in batches small enough to count on one hand — using British butter, free-range eggs, and as much local fruit as the season allows.
Hannah
Hannah trained at Leiths in 2019 and has been turning out cakes from her Bristol kitchen ever since. When she's not baking she's growing rhubarb on her allotment.
